Q. How do I register for Mittoshop.com?

Click "My account" (located on the top of the page) then click "Register" and fill out the application. You must also submit a valid retail business license, state certification, and/or federal tax id (EIN).

Q. I registered, but I still cannot access the website. What should I do?

Do NOT submit another application. After submitting your initial application and required documentation, we need to review and verify your information. This procedure usually takes 1 business day. Once your application is verified, you will be able to access our online store. Your login credentials will be sent to the email address you provided in your application. Please note that this email may get filtered into your junk/spam folder. If you haven't received your login information in 3 days, please contact us at (323) 726-2600 or .

Q. Why does my application need to be verified?

Because we are an online wholesaler, we are legally required to make sure our merchandise is purchased for retail/resale only.

Q. Can non-US-residents buy from Mittoshop.com?

Yes. We cater to all resellers, including businesses located abroad. International businesses will usually have business certificates or equivalent documents provided by their respective federal/regional governing bodies. Please make sure to provide any, and all such documents in your application.

Q. How do I change my password?

Your login ID will always be the email you registered with. You can change the password by going to "My account" (located at the top of the page), then click on the "Change Your Password" button (identified by a lock icon).

Q. I forgot my login ID and/or password. What do I do?

On the sign in page, click the "Forgot Password?" link, and provide the email address associated with your account. You will be sent an automated email with instructions on how to reset your password (Please check junk or spam folder). Q. How do I change my account information?

Click "My account" on the top of the page, and you will be able to update your account information.

Q. How do I add an item to my Wishlist?

Click on the product to see the Product Details page. You must input your desired quantity (e.g. 1 pack), then you can click "Add to wishlist."

Q. Will my personal information be shared with third parties?

We value our customers' privacy. Your information will never be shared with other companies or individuals.

Q. How will my personal information be protected?

We strive to maintain secure servers and networks for our customers. Our network is subjected to routine security sweeps, and reinforced with firewalls and anti-virus systems.

Q. What payment methods are accepted on Mittoshop.com?

We accept cards issued by all major credit card companies.

Payments are due within the period specified on the invoice. In the event the buyer fails to make timely payments, the buyer agrees to pay any and all costs of collection and suit, and attorney's fees and interest at the rate of 3% per month. In the event of a dispute, parties will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of California regardless of their residence.

Q. I placed an order. What now?

Your order will usually be processed same-day if all of the items are available for immediate shipment and if it is placed by 3:00pm Pacific Time, but it may take up to 2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will only be charged when your items ship. You may or may not see a preauthorization hold on the credit card you have on file in an amount greater than the subtotal of your order when items are ready to ship. This is normal, and the difference between the preauthorization hold and the final charge will be released back into your account.

Q. How do I know if/when my order shipped?

You will receive an email containing your invoice and tracking number(s) once we ship your items.

Q. When will my back orders or preorders ship?

Back order and preorder items will be shipped as they become available. All orders will be shipped as ready unless the customer has requested to be notified before shipping these items.

Due to high demand for our items, we cannot hold any items, and certain items may sell out if you choose to be notified before shipping. For urgent orders/items, we recommend you allow us to ship as ready in order to increase your chances of receiving items that are in particularly high demand.

Q. Do promotions apply to all orders? / My promotion didn't apply during checkout.

Promotions are limited to the conditions as stated in each one. Sale items cannot receive additional discounts. Free shipping promotions are only applicable in the contiguous U.S. (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico). Furthermore, promotions that are exclusive to mittoshop.com can only be applied on orders that are checked out via our website, and cannot be transferred to other market platforms.

If you are eligible for the active promotion and it did not apply during checkout, we will manually apply it during order processing (promotion terms/conditions apply).

Rewards Program FAQ

Q. How can I earn Reward Points?

You will earn Points for the total dollar amount spent for merchandise only, excluding tax and shipping.

Q. Do I have to sign up for the Rewards Program?

You are automatically enrolled in our Rewards Program upon registering for mittoshop.com. No need for additional steps.

Q. How do Reward Points work?

For every $1 that you spend on mittoshop.com, you will earn 2 Points. You can redeem 100 Points for a $1 reward.

During Double Point Promotion periods, you can earn double the amount of points for every order.

Q. Do I receive free points for registering? What if I was an existing customer on mittoshop.com?

Every new customer will have 1000 Points deposited into their Point balance upon registering, available to be redeemed immediately. Existing customer accounts will also earn a one-time bonus of 1000 Points.

Q. Where can I check my Reward Point balance?

Click on "My Account" in the top menu (desktop) or the sidebar menu (mobile). Click on "Reward Points" to view your available Points.

Q. How can I redeem my Reward Points?

After adding items to your Cart, you can input your desired amount of Reward Points to exchange for rewards prior to checkout.

Q. Do Reward Points expire?

Reward Points will expire if they are not redeemed for 3 months.

Q. Can I earn and redeem Rewards Points on other market platforms or at a trade show?

Rewards Points may only be earned and redeemed on mittoshop.com. They cannot be used at a trade show or another market platform.

Q. What happens to my Reward Points if I cancel or return an order?

Your Reward Point balance will be adjusted accordingly for any cancellations, returns, and refunds. Reward Points are only valid for fully shipped, non-returned, non-refunded orders. Misuse of the Rewards Program and Reward Points will result in removal from the Program.
